This feature will allow Seekers to never have to capture their CV again in another PersonL "instance".

The integrity of each instance's data will be maintained (so each instance owner owns the database of seekers that originated with them). However, if a Seeker registers at another site running PersonL, their CV will be pulled through, ensuring that they have one version of their CV (no matter where they log in).

This feature will enable all PersonL clients to collaborate with each other by setting up reciprocal relationships for candidate sharing and sharing placement commission revenues.
